Rogers Announces Support for 2025 Continuing Resolution
Washington,
March 11, 2025
Washington, D.C. – U.S. Representative Mike Rogers (R-AL), Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, released a statement in support of the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025.
“Speaker Johnson, Chairman Tom Cole, and Rep. Ken Calvert worked closely with President Trump to put forth a clean continuing resolution that supports our national defense. This bill funds the historic pay raise for junior enlisted servicemembers that was required by the FY25 NDAA, supports military readiness, and maintains American deterrence. While a continuing resolution is never the ideal scenario, this legislation prioritizes our national security and puts our servicemembers first. We must pass this legislation without delay.” |
